Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our products are eye-care and personal-health items, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

For health and safety reasons, opened products — including drops, ointments, cleansers, compresses, and supplements — cannot be returned or refunded.

To start a return, email Hello@joyfuleyesoptometry.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

The digital Dry Eye Reset Guide included with each kit is non-refundable once accessed.
