Shipping policy

We ship within the United States. Orders are processed and assembled by hand, typically within 2–3 business days.

Shipping options: Standard — $10, arrives in 3–5 business days. Express — $15, arrives in 1–2 business days.

Local pickup is also available at our Worthington clinic — choose pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Joyful Eyes Optometry isn't responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped.
